So, our little black and white bundle of joy named Po is growing bigger by the day. The last weight that I got on him was 15 lbs. He is definitly a bouncing baby boy! He's been making regular trips into the inside day room exhibit area with his mom, Lun Lun. She likes to sling him up in the hammock but pretty soon he will be able to climb out of there and then her days of peace and quiet will definitly be over. I try to tell Po to go for the ears but you know how little kids are, they don't like to listen. I expect that we will be seeing more and more of Po in the coming months and before anyone says anything, no he will not be studying the art of Kung Fu.
On another note, Complex Carnivores, Zoo Atlanta's new exhibit will be opening officially on April 1st so be sure and come by to check that out! The exhibit will be featuring Binterong from Asia, South American Bush Dogs, and Fossa from Madagascar (I like to move it move it!)
